Abstract
The thiocholine method of Koelle (1951) was used in attempts to demonstrate acetylcholinesterase activity in artificial enzyme-gelatin mixtures and in suspensions and smears of isolated platelet, ghosts, erythrocytes, and megakaryocytes of different species.
