Abstract
The use of iron-ore concrete for the production of protective barriers against high energy radiation is described. The ingredients and composition are specified and the conditions for the production of a high grade material are discussed. The protective power of the material is studied on the basis of the attenuation properties and the broad beam factor. Keywords
