Immunosuppression in Mice Injected with Heterologous Anti-Immunoglobulin Antisera

Abstract
Total suppression of IgM production, as reflected in serum immunoglobulin level and direct plaque formation, and severe reduction of all other serum immunoglobulins have been effected in mice by neonatal injection of rabbit anti-µ antibodies. Anti-IgG antibodies similarly administered have been shown to reduce serum IgG levels.
