Landau-Level-Electron Lifetimes inn-InSb

Abstract
Saturation measurements of magnetoabsorption in n-InSb have shown that electron-electron scattering determines the electronic lifetime in the first Landau level, giving values of ∼1010 sec for excited electronic densities of 1013 cm3. Lifetimes in impurity levels are ∼107 sec determined by acoustic phonon scattering.
