Abstract
Cyclic AMP responses to FSH in isolated Sertoli cells were examined at different stages of sexual maturation. The Sertoli cells were isolated by enzymatic digestion from rats ranging in age from 18-60 days. Immediately after their isolation or after 4-1l days of culture, the cells were incubated with FSH (NIH-FSH-S11) and/or 1mM 1-methyl-3-isobutylxanthine (MIX) for 30 min at 34°C and the levels of endogenous cyclic AMP were determined by radioimmunoassay. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
