Abstract
18 women on a special ration, under controlled conditions, developed lesions in the angles of the mouth and seborrhoeic accumulations around the nose which disappeared on treatment with synthetic riboflavin. The lesions reappeared on discontinuing the riboflavin, and disappeared again on resuming treatment with synthetic riboflavin. 4 women given a preventive dose of synthetic riboflavin failed to develop similar lesions during 1 year''s observation. The lesions are probably due to riboflavin deficiency. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
