Production and Preservation of Specific Anti-Sera for Blood-Group Factors A, B, M, and N

Abstract

Summary: Methods are given for the preparation of group-specific immune sera for blood-group factors A, B, M, and N. For A, and B, methods not requiring human blood are discussed. Methods of preservation are described which have made it possible to keep absorbed group-specific sera in usable condition for more than 5 years.
