Abstract
A monoclonal antibody directed against monkey liver phenylalanine hydroxylase was produced by using a rat-myeloma–rat-spleen-cell-fusion system. This antibody showed the interesting property of increasing mammalian phenylalanine hydroxylase activity more than 2-fold.
