Abstract
Two paper chromatographic systems of improved resolving power for nucleotides are described. Both systems are based on buffered miscible solvents, used with chromatographic papers previously impregnated with the same buffers. The potential usefulness of these systems in studies on naturally occurring soluble nucleotides and on degradation products of nucleic acids is illustrated. Keywords
