Abstract
The thermal conductivity of indium antimonide of varying purity has been measured by a comparative method from 40°C to 425°C. The electronic component of the conductivity has been calculated for each specimen and hence the lattice thermal conductivity has been deduced. Within the limits of experimental error InSb appears to behave according to conventional theory. Keywords
