A Preliminary Note on a Familial B/C Chromosome Translocation with regard to the Spontaneous Abortion

Abstract
A female patient hospitalized due to serum hepatitis and her two sons were subjected to chromosome analyses. The propositus cast two spontaneous abortions in the past. It was found that the propositus and her elder son showed chromosomally balanced B/C reciprocal translocation, while the younger son had a normal chromosome complement. They were all phenotypically normal.
