Abstract
Measurements of the combined differential cross sections dσ/dy for and ν scattering by electrons yield the value =0.195±0.018±0.013. This value, at ≃1× (GeV/c, is more precise than and in good agreement with our determination from the ratio of the total cross sections for the same reaction. It is consistent with, but lower than, the value determined from deep-inelastic neutrino scattering.
