Abstract
The first measurements are presented of the phase diagram of a noise-induced phase transition for a model, nonlinear system with multiplicative noise proposed by Horsthemke and Lefever. Measurements of two of the critical exponents are also presented. The present results are in good agreement with theoretical predictions based on the Stratonovic treatment of the stochastic evolution equation. Keywords
