Abstract
In Neurospora crassa and N. sitophila, segregation of sex factors occurs in 1st nuclear division in ascus. Factors for conidia in N. sitophila segregate in 2nd division. Neurospora spp. constitute desirable material for inheritance studies because progeny from a single mother cell can be studied advantageously. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
