Exclusive hadronicBdecays to charm and charmonium final states

Abstract

We have fully reconstructed decays of both B${\mathrm{¯}}^0$ and ${\mathit{B}}^{\mathrm{-}}$ mesons into final states containing either D, ${\mathit{D}}^{\mathrm{*}}$, ${\mathit{D}}^{\mathrm{*}\mathrm{*}}$, ψ, ψ’, or ${\mathrm{\chi }}_{\mathit{c}1}$ mesons. This allows us to obtain new results on many physics topics including branching ratios, tests of the factorization hypothesis, color suppression, resonant substructure, and the ${\mathit{B}}^{\mathrm{-}\mathrm{-}}$B${\mathrm{¯}}^0$ mass difference.
