Abstract
A new sign in the angiocardiographic diagnosis of patent ductus arteriosus is described, consisting of a defect in the filling of the main pulmonary artery. The defect is caused by the injn. of blood from the aorta through the ductus, diluting the opaque medium as it passes through the pulmonary artery. Keywords
