Sarcoidosis with Arthritis

Abstract
The clinical, pathological and radiological findings in 12 cases of sarcoidosis with arthritis are described. Pulmonary function studies, 6 surgical synovial biopsies, 18 tissue biopsies and 1 autopsy report are included. Each case usually showed acute arthropathy. It may mimic acute rheumatic fever, acute rheumatoid arthritis, infectious arthritis or tuberculosis.This publication has 35 references indexed in Scilit:
