Abstract
Studies of antiemetics require consideration of methodologic issues that may not be of concern in trials of antineoplastics. This paper illustrates how the strength of the results of these studies can be affected by (1) the types of patients studied, (2) the sample size, (3) the trial design, (4) the choice and definition of outcome measures, and (5) the method of analysis. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
