Abstract
After daily oral administration of 100 mg D.D.D./ kg. for some weeks, the internal zones of the cortex were destroyed while glomerular zone was broadened. Urinary analyses before and after D.D.D. indicated a decrease of 17-ketosteroid and of corticoids. The former was statistically significant.Keywords
