In-beam gamma ray spectroscopy ofRb81

Abstract
The decay schemes of Rb81 were studied by γ-ray spectroscopy with the Br79(α,2n)Rb81 and Zn68(O16,p2n)Rb81 reactions. γ-singles spectra and γ-angular distributions were taken. A γγ-coincidence measurement was carried out with the (α,2n) reaction. Twenty four new energy levels were established. A stretched spin band built on the isomeric 9/2+ level at 86 keV and a 3/2 ground-state quasirotational band were found.
