Abstract
The decay schemes of were studied by -ray spectroscopy with the and reactions. -singles spectra and -angular distributions were taken. A -coincidence measurement was carried out with the () reaction. Twenty four new energy levels were established. A stretched spin band built on the isomeric level at 86 keV and a ground-state quasirotational band were found.
