Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 40-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of dermatitis and weight loss.He was well until two years previously, when he began to limit his caloric intake to lose weight. After losing the desired 10 kg he resumed his usual dietary habits, but weight loss continued. Seven months before admission a rash developed over the face and intertriginous areas; the tongue was tender, and occasional painful oral erosions developed.
