Abstract
A case of lichen planus of the mouth and vulva associated with late onset hypogammaglobulinemia, alopecia areata and vitiligo is described, and the possible significance of a B cell defect in the pathogenesis of lichen planus is discussed.This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
