Sorting of Lamellibranch Valves on Beaches in Trinidad, B.W.I.

Abstract

Marked differences in relative abundance of right and left valves of certain recent lamellibranchs are recorded in collections made along beaches of eastern Trinidad, and a possible explanation is discussed.
