A Method for the Titration of Influenza Hemagglutinins and Influenza Antibodies with the Aid of a Photoelectric Densitometer

Abstract
Summary: The construction and use of a simple photoelectric densitometer for agglutination studies have been described. This instrument facilitates the estimation of hemagglutinin and antibody titers when using the red cell agglutination test in influenza work. The use of this instrument makes the determination of end points more precise and objective than the technic previously described.
