Abstract
Pulsed NMR studies of nuclei in a single-crystal specimen of Ag metal at helium temperatures with an applied field kOe reveal the presence of magnetic domains due to de Haas-van Alphen magnetization through the associated splitting of the NMR line. Domain formation is found to have the expected de Haas-van Alphen periodicity, and the domains behave in generally good accord with theory.
