When Ga is injected into a patient who has received many transfusions, the resultant scan appears similar to a bone scan with renal excretion. This case report presents a 51 yr old man with myelofibrosis and myeloid metaplasia. 67Ga and 52Fe scans with 99mTc-pyrophosphate bone scintigrams are included.
