Abstract
We analyze pairs recorded with the CLEO detector to determine the production ratio of charged to neutral -meson pairs produced at the resonance. We measure the rates for and decays and use the world-average -meson lifetime ratio to extract the relative widths . With the assumption that , we obtain and . This production ratio and its uncertainty apply to all exclusive -meson branching fractions measured at the resonance.
