Abstract
The sera were examined for the presence of enzymes which hydrolyze choline esters, methyl butyrate and tributyrin. Most of the sera contained choline-esterase and esterase. The content of choline-esterase in human sera varies markedly with different individuals. It, was suggested that there was a lipase present in some of the sera. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
