Abstract
The programming of the chromatographic separation is capable of considerable variation. The total chromatographing time can be reduced considerably by using faster programming rates, but some loss of resolution occurs, particularly between isoleucine and threonine and between methionine and glutamic acid. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
