Abstract
The action spectra for the photoreduction of ferricyanide and the coupled phosphorylation by spinach chloroplasts were determined; they differed from the absorption spectrum of the chloroplasts. In addition, the redox potential of Ca683 was determined to be +0.55 volt at pH8.Keywords
