Abstract
We describe an improved perfusion system designed for NMR studies with 13C‐labeled metabolites. Using this system we have monitored the uptake and metabolism of [13C]acetate and [13]Clglucose in pooled human lymphocytes cast in an agarose gel thread. © 1986 Academic Press, Inc.This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
