Abstract
The ELISA technique is reliable for the detection and titration of cytomegalovirus-specific Ig[immunoglobulin]G antibody in serum. It is about 6 times more sensitive than the CF [complement fixation] test although some discrepancies were found between the antibody titers determined by the 2 methods. This publication has 33 references indexed in Scilit:
