Activation by 5-Bromo-2′-Deoxyuridine of Particles Resembling Guinea-Pig Leukemia Virus From Guinea-Pig Nonproducer Cells 2

Abstract
Particles resembling guinea-pig leukemia virus were activated from guineapig nonproducer cells after 5-bromo-2′-deoxyuridine treatment. These particles, approximately 100 mµ in the mature form, had a density of 1.16-1.17 gjml. They contained RNA-dependent DNA polymerase activity.
