Abstract
For a prolonged time a patient self-administered a vitamin preparation containing methyltestosterone and concurrently primary biliary cirrhosis developed which caused her death. There is evidence indicating that methyltestosterone and chemically related drugs may play a role in the pathogenesis of primary biliary cirrhosis. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
