Abstract
Two cases of toxic reaction to Dicumarol are presented. Both patients suffered from chronic congestive heart failure. In one patient bleeding followed a total dosage of 400 mg. over a 3 day period. The other who had previously tolerated Dicumarol well, developed a prothrombin deficiency which failed to respond to large doses of Menadione. Keywords
