Abstract
By means of blister formation produced by cantharidin, a certain number of human macrophages could be readily obtained from the blister exudate. In the presence of 50% cell-free exudate, these cells were found to proliferate in vitro. The proliferating cells possessed the morphology and functional characteristics of macrophages. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
