Magnetic Charge and Quantum Field Theory

Abstract
A quantum field theory of magnetic and electric charge is constructed. It is verified to be relativistically invariant in consequence of the charge quantization condition , an integer. This is more restrictive than Dirac's condition, which would also allow half-integral values.
