Abstract
The DNA from bull sperm and the DNA from human sperm show close correspondence in their levels of 5-methyl-cytosine and 6-methylamino-purine, as determined quantitatively by thin layer chromatography. 1-Methyl-guanine was found as a minor base in human sperm, but not in bull sperm, which contained N2-dimethyl-guanine instead. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
