Abstract
SANS measurements analysed using the 'density variation between random boundaries' model enable the variations of the atomic density or composition to be obtained and also provide evidence for phase separation in eutectic alloys of Tb-Si. It is demonstrated that a two-phase system, the density of which varies inside each phase, can produce, over a limited range of q values, a q-N scattering dependence with N non-integer.Keywords
