Abstract
Summary Selected examples of neoplasms of the central nervous system are reviewed in which the electron microscope has been instrumental in establishing the diagnosis. These include ependymoma, ependymoblastoma, epithelial cyst, paraganglioma in the cauda equina and cerebellar neuroblastoma. Keywords
