Abstract
The clinical results of reirradiation with 60Co of recurrences of head and neck cancer in 20 patients are presented. Fourteen patients (70%) survived 3 yr after reirradiation; 10 patients (50%) were symptom-free. Necrosis developed in 4 patients (20%). Reirradiation seems to be a valuable and relatively safe treatment of patients with inoperable recurrences of head and neck cancer. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
