Iliofemoral Occlusive Disease Associated with Aneurysms of the Abdominal Aorta

Abstract
ANEURYSMECTOMY with prosthetic replacement of the removed arterial segment is now commonplace, and accepted as the treatment of choice for aneurysms of the abdominal aorta. We have been struck by the high frequency of associated iliofemoral occlusive problems in these patients and believe that this feature of their disease has not been sufficiently emphasized in the past.
