Abstract
Evidence is presented that a significant lymphopenia is found on the 3d hr. following both grand mal and petit mal reactions to electric shock therapy in [male] psychotic patients. The relation of this finding to the lymphopenia following various forms of stress as well as the admn. of pituitary adrenotrophic and adrenal cortical prepn. is discussed. Keywords
