Abstract
The immunogenicity of the EL-4 strain of mouse lymphoid leukemia cells in syngeneic C57BL/6 recipients was enhanced by in vitro coating of the cells with either Concanavalin A or dinitrophenylaminocaproate. The tumor-specific immune response was quantitated using a recently developed assay that involves in vitro cell-mediated cytotoxicity. Keywords
