TWO CYTOPLASMICALLY INHERITED CHLORAMPHENICOL RESISTANCE LOCI IN YEAST (SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE)

Abstract

Cytoplasmically inherited chloramphenicol resistant mutants were tested for allelism and found to be non-allelic. The loci appear linked but it has not yet been possible to obtain a good estimate of the amount of linkage.
