Abstract
Perfluorocarbons are excellent alternatives to chlorinated solvents as non-toxic, non-ozone-depleting, inert reaction media for photooxidation reactions. Essentially quantitative yields of peroxide products are obtained and the perfluorocarbon solvents are easily recovered and recycled. Keywords
