Abstract
Genome isomerism of avian infectious laryngotracheitis virus (ILT) andHerpesvirus saimiri-1 (HVS-1) (formerlyH. tamarinus) was investigated using restriction endonuclease analysis and scanning densitometry. ILT DNA was found to have 2 isomers with a molecular weight of 109×106. HVS-1 DNA was found to have four isomers with a molecular weight of 102×106.Keywords
