Abstract
The relativistic corrections to the eigenvalues of the 1sns 1,3S states of the helium sequence are determined exactly to O(Z3α2) using perturbation theory. These results, together with the very accurate values obtained by Pekeris for helium, are used to predict relativistic shifts for Li+, Be2+, etc. for the states n = 2,..., 5.Keywords
