Abstract
Two cases of cryptosporidiosis in patients with acquired immune deficiency syndrome were studied. In 1 patient, the gallbladder was affected in addition to gastric and intestinal involvements. This is the 1st human case in which Cryptosporidium was found in the biliary tract. It is important that pathologists become aware of this protozoan infection since the number of patients with it is likely to increase in the near future.
