Computerized Fluoroscopy in Real Time for Noninvasive Visualization of the Cardiovascular System

Abstract
A computerized fluoroscopic system with dedicated real-time hard-wired algorithms was used for cardiovascular imaging [in dogs and humans] with or without injection of I. Initial differentiated and integrated time subfraction displays were presented. Contrast studies appeared adequate for visualization of cardiovascular dynamics. Cardiac images without contrast material suggested expected blood flow patterns, but were difficult to interpret.
